Faculty and Staff Device Support

ITS provides computers for use by full-time faculty and staff. ITS will consult with faculty and staff every year to ensure computers are adequate for their needs.

Multifunction Printer-Copiers

ITS provides access to printing, copying and scanning through multi-purpose Canon devices. Functions available include: color, black-and-white and duplex printing and copying; scan to PDF document; scan to email and scan to network.

The print management system Papercut is implemented for all Canon MFPs. This allows users to print to a common printer (Canon Global) and release their print job on any Canon printer on campus using their MHU ID card.

Software Delivery and Configuration

ITS licenses Microsoft Office for all faculty and staff. Additionally, discipline and department specific applications are available on an as-needed basis.

Our licensing also allows active employees and currently enrolled students to install Microsoft Office 365 on up to five personal devices. Please log onto the O365 portal with your MHU account for more information.

Student Device Support

While the ITS Help Desk does not officially support student owned computers, smartphones and tablets we can provide limited assistance as our workload allows.
