Faculty and Staff Device Support
ITS provides computers for use by full-time faculty and staff. ITS will consult with faculty and staff every year to ensure computers are adequate for their needs.
Student Device Support
While the ITS Help Desk does not officially support student owned computers, smartphones and tablets we can provide limited assistance as our workload allows.
ITS provides access to printing, copying and scanning through multi-purpose Sharp devices. Functions available include: color, black-and-white and duplex printing and copying; scan to PDF document; scan to email and scan to network.
Software Delivery and Configuration
ITS licenses Microsoft Office for all faculty and staff. Additionally, discipline- and department-specific applications are available on an as-needed basis.
